Here, there and everywhere

That's pretty much been the story of our lives lately. It's been so fun! The weather was so awesome last week that we spent countless hours in the yard. The girls played hard and I would sit on the swinging bench and read family history books. I have been reading up on my Great-Grandma Tietjen, or Little Grandma as we called her. It's so fun to read about her and think about how similar our lives are in some ways and different they are in others. I hold her up on a very high pedestal because she was so amazing, but reading about her everyday life made me appreciate her as a mother and I have started to be able to relate with her more.
